The room was bright and offered a hairdryer, a bidet and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. The bedding and beds were exceptionally comfortable. Location: the hotel was just next door to supermarkets like mercadona;))

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Madrid. First of all, the location was perfect for me as it was just a short train ride away from the touristy center. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with very comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. I was impressed with the value for money and the attention to detail at this hotel.
All was outstanding during my stay.

room is very spacious and bed very comfortable. bathroom is very good. It's very clean. breakfast is very good to be included, there is ham, sausages, several kinds of bread, pastries and a very good coffee, juice instead is regular, in general more than enough. staff is very friendly and efficient. very pleasant terrace and wide areas to be and to work as in our case, with a machine of coffee, tea, etc., good and free to take at any hour. Phenomenal even for stays of more than one day. Free parking although its capacity is limited.
Even though we were able to park, we almost didn't. It's a pity the car park doesn't have enough spaces. It was not our case, but to visit Madrid is far from the center.

Free covered parking. Free coffee. Large room. Refrigerator and safe inside the room. Subway nearby. Silent room. Very friendly hotel staff. Playground near the hotel. Mercadona and Lidl near the hotel. Good restaurants nearby (I highly recommend the menu of the day of the restaurant Fuentelabrada)
Dirty air conditioning filters. Broken bathtub. Room door wouldn't close properly. Doors make noise when opening and closing the room. High chairs for dirty babies. Regular room cleaning. Expensive breakfast for the monotonous offer if you stay several days in the hotel (they should put fresh fruits, hot omelette, hot eggs and extend the staff in the breakfasts, the girls at the reception should not do this work). It is more profitable to have breakfast in the restaurants on the side of the hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is excellent. The location is convenient, with easy access to the center of Madrid and a nearby tram station. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are well-equipped with very comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast spread is also worth mentioning, with a variety of delicious options to start your day.
All was fine, no improvements necessary.

bed was very comfortable. room was also very spacious. parking was free of charge if available, area is quiet and unnoisy, is ideal for sleeping. furnishing is correct, it has a safe and rooms are clean, except for the curtains which are in the normal way. It is recommended as a hotel for business trips. when extra guests come home for some event, price is lower because it is not in the center of Madrid. the quality is good,
I think the idea of a "Plastic Free" hotel is very good. problem is that for breakfast the sugar wrappers and spoons were made of disposable plastic, is a very noble attempt. I think it is more ecological and can generate less waste. in the case of the glasses in the bathroom, if you use glass cups and use paper or an inverted box as wrapping, instead of plastic, Otherwise. do not observe differential waste bins (paper/plastic/organic), idea of making the least ecological impact is a very good one. Regarding the temperature of the room. we reach 31º because it is oriented to the sun without the possibility of lowering it with the air conditioning, Even so and with the residual heat the temperature at night was pleasant.

I loved the discreet comfort and above all the attention of all the other workers. Super friendly and charming! A pity about the other worker who spoils all the effort and joy of her colleagues.
I didn't like the attention I got in the morning from one of the plump ladies with black hair. All the other great girls and guys! With all the nice and friendly people there is it's a shame she has to attend to the public face to face... I barely have coffee for breakfast in the morning. Since it was free and I don't eat anything in the morning, I would send my coffee... to all the people who passed by to pay the 6 euros for breakfast, smile but I just asked her after two days of staying where the coffee machine was and she just pointed proudly and said there you have the machine. I didn't know how to use it well, but I made my coffee as best I could and went out to the room... she made me feel self-conscious and as if she was superior to her customers.

This venue was clean, high quality, and conveniently located near Atocha main station which was a plus, as it was close to the center of Madrid, supermarkets, and public transportation.

The staff were very friendly and it was excellent value for money. We will be using it again on a regular basis when we go to Madrdid. We have used city centre hotels in the past but we will definately be going there instead.
Not a complaint but maybe a couple of English language TV stations.

The twin room is large enough. The wifi connection works well for business. The breakfast is very nice. The environment around the hotel is not noisy, which is different from other hotels in the central Madrid.
The location is not optimal to access the city center, but good for visiting a place near the Metro 12 line.

My Christmas stay was lovely. The long bathtub was a highlight, allowing me to relax after a tiring day out. I also appreciated the free coffee and tea, which was a welcome touch. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and nearby restaurants and bars, making it a convenient base for exploring the city.
The room was a bit damp and showed signs of mould in some corners, which was not pleasant. the lack of proper ventilation made the bathroom window constantly wet, forcing me to keep the door open to let out the excess moisture.

This hotel was within easy metro distance of the city centre but much more economical than the cost of a city hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. As an english guest it would have been nice to have an english news station and perhaps the option to purchase an english film. Free Wifi was excellent and the option to have freshly cooked eggs or bacon was great. We would stay there again if we go to Madrid.
Not a complaint but an observation. Few bathroom products and no English tv station of film purchase option. Bar not open on Sunday

Secondly, the location was a great alternative to the touristy center of Madrid. It was close to Atocha main station and there were supermarkets like Mercadona nearby, making it really convenient. Lastly, the staff was friendly and the rooms had very comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely fine.

Just a stone's throw away from the metro station, it's easy to get to the center of the city in no time. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great views of the city. the breakfast spread is delicious and varied, with plenty of options to choose from.
